Lively’s mission is to empower those with hearing loss to connect with their world through effortless technology and delightful care. My work spans both product strategy and copywriting, for both pre and post-purchase experiences.


 
 
  • Collaborated with product design and product managers to optimize our current shopping experiences.

  • Wrote all UX copy for the mobile app and defined the launch strategy for the app store. Also developed the strategy, customer journey and content for new a onboarding experience.

  • Defined the messaging, positioning and launch strategy for Lively’s new hearing aid models, accessories, insurance offering and more.

 

Launched new customer onboarding experience on the web with the goal of increasing customer success rates. My role entailed mapping out the post-purchase customer journey to optimize the experience, conducting research and stakeholder interviews, writing all content, and collaborating closely with Customer Experience for accuracy.
